Federal Regulations limit the number of transactions in this account during any statement cycle (of at least four weeks) to a total of six transfers and withdrawals to another account of yours at Colonial or to a third party by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephonic (including data transmission) agreement, order of instruction, draft, debit card, or similar order. Transactions at an ATM, in person, via mail, messenger or night depository are unlimited. Excessive transactions during two consecutive statement cycles will result in a change in account type to an account with unlimited transactions.
