Consent to Receive Disclosures Electronically 

Please read this important notice carefully and keep a copy for your records.

  • To apply for Colonial Bank Online Banking and Bill Pay services, you must consent to electronically receiving and accepting information related to your application. This includes the Colonial Online Banking Terms and Conditions Agreement and the Bill Payment Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement(s)") that contain information relating to the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. Paper copies of the enrollment form, agreements, disclosures and future notices are not available.
  • You may decline your consent to have the information provided to you electronically by clicking the "Cancel" button on the bottom of this page. By clicking the "Cancel" button you will exit the enrollment process automatically.
  • To review the "Agreement(s)" at any time after enrollment, click the "Help" button on any Colonial Online Banking page.
  • To access and receive the "Agreement(s)" and related information and to enroll and utilize Colonial Online Banking services electronically, you need the following system hardware and/or software capabilities:

 

  1. A computer, a dial-up modem or broadband connectivity to the Internet (cable modem, DSL, etc.).
  2. Web browser that supports 128-bit encryption required. We recommend Internet Explorer 6.0 or versions higher.
  3. E-mail address.
  4. Printer or ability to download the information for your records.
  5. Optional service using personal financial management software: Microsoft® Money, Quicken® and QuickBooks® can be used with this banking product. It is your responsibility to purchase the software needed. This product does not support the use of QuickBooks for Mac or Quicken for Mac.

Revoking your consent to receive notices or disclosures electronically may result in cancellation of your online banking services.

  1. E-mail to your personal e-mail address (delivery of non-confidential and public information)
  2. Pop-up box displayed automatically after login
