You can help safeguard your card and transactions by following these simple safety tips when using your card.

 

• Protect your account number.
• Do not write your PIN on or near your card. Never tell it to anyone. Bank representatives do not have access to your PIN and will not ask for it.
• Choose ATMs in highly visible, well-lit locations and have your card ready.
• Survey your surroundings and avoid locations where people are loitering nearby.
• Block the keypad from view to prevent anyone from seeing you enter your PIN.
• After completing your transaction, always take your card and receipt with you.
• If your card is lost or stolen - or to report suspicious card activity - call (877) 502-2265 immediately.
